“ Nn so se ci siano piaciuti di più Rossella e Stefano, la loro cucina oppure il loro ambiente. Abbiamo trascorso un we al Centro Storico e siamo stati benissimo. Dall’aperitivo di benvenuto, alla colazione (servita su richiesta in anticipo), all’ottima cena, alle stanze confortevoli ed accoglienti, ma soprattutto alla grazia e cortesia di R&S, tutto ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto, molto piacevole. Da ritornare. ”
“ Una domenica di giugno, passeggiando in quel di Neviglie, siamo entrati al Centro storico e siamo stati accompagnati nel loro terrazzino esterno dove lo scorcio sulla Langa è invidiabile. Vista l'ora, quello che doveva essere un piccolo aperitivo è diventato un pranzo e, grazie alla disponibilità della cucina nel proporci piatti vegetariani e nella bravura di Rossella nel saperci suggerire, siamo stati coccolati dalla prima all'ultima portata. Vorrei sottolineare la bontà del gelato al grana servito come entrè di benvenuto (ne avrei mangiata una coppa) e dello spaghettone cacio e pepe. Ho adorato il pane servito con burro salato e la vasta scelta di vini (noi abbiamo preso un'ottima alta langa di Neviglie). Il servizio è stato ordinato e preciso, mai troppo ingessato ma cordiale e conviviale, come piace a me. Prezzo molto competitivo per un ristorante di Langa. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie ancora Rossella e Stefano! ”

“ A tiny and cosy restaurant in the center of the little town of Neviglie. Few tables in a nicely refurbished building with an ancient stone cellar that creates a certain atmosphere. Very interesting culinary proposals from the chef, like the parmisan cheese ice cream as amuse bouche, the veal tartare with goat cheese foam and taggiasche olives crumble, the round raviolis filled with braised donkey with lime and kefir or the rabbit with asparagi, caramelized onions and barolo chinato reduction. A great experience and a superb selection of local and foreign wines. ”
